Club terms and conditions.

By completing this form you are applying to register the named child with Townmead Youth Football Club and agree to abide by the club rules as outlined below. ​​

1. You are applying for the child to join the Townmead Youth football club for the 2024-25 season. If the child is being registered with another club plaese speak to the TYFC Registration Office before completing a form.

2. The Parent/Guardian shall be responsible for his/her behaviour at all times.
3. The Parent/Guardian must accept liability for any fines that the child/player may incur from the Club, the League, any Competitions or County and agree to pay the fine promptly and by the due date. The Parent/Guardian must understand that failure to do so may result in increased fines and/or suspension from the club, the League, etc.​

4. When attending the club the first 4 weeks of training are Free. After that all children MUST register with the Club.

5. There will be two options to pay the annual membership fees. (There will be no more £1 or £3 a week for training).
Full Player Membership.

A one-off payment of £160 when registering.

£80 when registering. Followed by 4 monthly payments of £20.
Training-only Membership (Under 7’s and older).

A one-off payment of £135 when registering.

£55 when registering. Followed by 4 monthly payments of £20.
Mini Kickers / under 6.

A one-off payment of £75 when registering.

£35 when registering. Followed by 4 monthly payments of £10.

There may be additional charges when training away from Townmead.

The four payments should be paid on the 1st of the month starting 1st of November 2024. We would ask you to set up a standing order with your bank so you dont forget the payments. The club reserves the right to suspend membership if payments are over 21 days late. Any hardship cases will be assessed individually by the club on request.
6. For H&S reasons training or matches will be at the discretion of the team Manager / Coach or the Club.
7. You must complete the Emergency Information within the form that will be held by the Club Registration Officer to assist in case of an accident or emergency.

8. Any communication regarding complaints/disagreements must be made in writing and addressed to the Club Secretary or Welfare Office.
9. Any match kit provided remains the property of TOWNMEAD YOUTH FOOTBALL CLUB and must be returned in full if the member was to leave the club.
10. A responsible adult MUST be present at training and matches with the child/children. They must not be left alone.
11. It is the responsibility of Parents/Guardians to ensure their child arrives at home and away games on time and they are collected promptly. This is very important.

12. It is the responsibility of Parents/Guardians to ensure their child is dressed correctly for the weather conditions.
13. It is the responsibility of Parents/Guardians to ensure their child is dressed correctly for training or playing a match. This includes footwear, shin pads, etc.
